These buildings are ideal for owner builders and come with detailed instruction manuals for the DIY. You can add verandahs, extra bays, insulation and much more to the standard kit home offered. All kit homes are engineer designed to comply with all building codes and council requirements.

West Coast Sheds only supplies a Lock-Up Kit, which includes windows, doors (internal and external) and internal stud wall frames. We do not supply fit out items such as kitchen, gyprock linings, electricals plumbing, floor coverings etc.
